The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable! We were met by Reyes who helped us plan our stay in Spain by booking our train tickets and attractions we wanted to attend. Belen was her associate who printed out all our tickets and saw to our every need. Mary was the hostess who gave us wonderful cappuccino and such a delightful person to greet us every morning at breakfast! I must say, everyone there is very kind and caring! There was also Renauldo, Juan and others I can’t remember their names. They treated us like family!

All the staff were so polite and helpful without being “too obvious” - just very natural and always willing to answer any question. We didn’t get to use the pool as weather wasn’t so great when we were there and the rooftop bar area was quiet but that was also the rain and cold evenings I suspect. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was delicious with 20% off menu price for hotel guests. Our room was on the 1st floor and was very quiet with comfortable bed and always clean. The location for exploring Seville on foot was great although we found navigating Seville streets to be as challenging ( possibly more so !) than Venice- thank heavens for sat nav on quite a few occasions, although getting lost in the narrow streets is part of the pleasure of a trip to this city.

Friendly and attentive staff, especially María. The fresh juices were wonderful. We liked to be able to order off the menu and not being limited to the typical buffet cuisine.

Location is perfect, every main interest are surrounding the hotel. Staff is amazing, reception, restaurant, housekeeping … Breakfast is very good I recommend to include it in stay, restaurants and food are a must try

OMG what is not to like about this hotel? Perfectly located for the tourist sites, the restaurants and shops. Our room was magnificent, they had upgraded the room, what a terrace with sunbeds and hot tub. The room was huge and the ensuite was luxurious with superb toiletries. I have never had a better hotel breakfast, the choice and quality was superb. The staff are smart, professional and they were so nice. We loved our stay and will use this hotel chain again.

Loved the location, we were able to walk everywhere we needed to. We came in the middle of summer and we never found ourselves walking too far to get anywhere that it was uncomfortable. Most importantly, the staff is incredible and the property beautiful!! We ended up in Seville due to cancellations for our originally planned trip, and it was so special for us to receive the welcome we did from the staff. Our upgraded room was perfect and very large, no faults at all! Additionally, we loved the rooftop pool for cooling off before taking siesta in the afternoon.

Fabulous location. Walking distance to everything. Wonderful team of friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Huge thanks to Pablo, Manuela, Rodrigo and Beling who we saw daily however every team member was exceptional. We stayed in the suite which was spacious and stocked with lovely toiletries. Terrific breakfast and great coffee.

Everything, from the staff to the room to the location of the hotel. It has been a while since a hotel has gone beyond my expectations, and Vincci Seleccion Unuk 5 GL surely did not disappoint. The staff were extremely accommodating to our requests, and it was an absolute delight to speak with them. Everyone was helpful. The room had intelligent lighting, and with one button switched off the entire room lights, and the curtains were black out with minimal to no noise disturbance. Breakfast was simple but tasteful, and everything you need is prepared as requested. The hotel location is centrally located, that everything is walking distance,, and you enjoy the traditional streets of Sevilla. Taxis drop you off in front of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all all times, helping to find us suitable pillows etc. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms are excellent! Aside from the ant problem, the room was clean.

We highly recommend Hotel Unuk if you are visiting Seville. It is a very peaceful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a smile from everyone we encountered. Your every need is considered and accommodated. Our room was quiet, secluded, well laid out, clean, and extremely spacious. If you wish to stay at a boutique hotel where you feel like a welcomed guest rather than a number - as you often do in carbon-copied, mass-produced chain hotels - Hotel Unuk is a perfect choice.
